Navbharat Parivartan Foundation successfully organized a Complimentary Two-Day Self-Defense & Fitness Camp at Nagar Nigam Balika Inter College, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. The programme aimed to promote self-defense awareness, physical fitness, personal safety, and confidence among students. The training was conducted by Amit Sharma, Founder & National President, a Certified Self-Defense Trainer, Martial Arts Degree Holder, Black Belt, National Gold Medalist, and International Player. The programme was effectively coordinated with the support of Alka Sharma, National General Secretary. Students actively participated in practical self-defense sessions, fitness activities, and safety awareness exercises. The initiative was highly appreciated by the school administration and students for its positive impact on confidence building, discipline, and personal empowerment. The camp reflects Navbharat Parivartan Foundation’s continued commitment to youth development, women empowerment, education, health, and community welfare.
